Low Carb Healthy Fat Granola



  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • 1/3 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp ghee – melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  • 1 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
  • pinch of salt


  1. Pre heat your oven to 160C and line a tray with baking paper
  2. Place your whole almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds into a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped
  3. Pour into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients
  4. Mix until all ingredients are coated and sticky
  5. Spread out on the tray and place into the oven for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through. Be careful as it can burn easily so watch it!
  6. Store in an airtight container – delicious on top of your smoothie bowl
