Returns
Our aim is providing you with ease of mind shopping experience. 100% satisfied customer is our main policy. If you are not happy with the product you purchase we will do our best to make it up.
The only thing you need, place your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you change your mind, you can return the purchased items if they are unopened within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note change of mind returns are not available for promotional discount codes and special offers.
A photo must be provided for the damaged or faulty item/s. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account used to pay for the item.
We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you.
