Enjoy your choice of salads by sprinkling them over or add them to your home-baked bread, muffins and cookies.
You can toast them over a tray in a low heat oven to have wonderful crunchy seeds. To have more flavour and colour, sprinkle these little yummies on top of your goodies for the last 5 minutes of baking. Seeds can also be lightly toasted on a tray in a low oven or dry pan.
