Chia Seeds can complement the flavours and textures of bread, cakes, biscuits, cookies, fruit and nut bars and breakfast cereals.
You can use it by grounding, soaking. or can be used sprouted. Add the ground meal of Chia to your porridge, cakes and raw food treats. Add to your bread, cake and muffin mixes to have a grain-free recipe.
For eating whole seeds it is better to soak it first for a few hours. It creates a gelatinous consistency and it is perfect to add to smoothies or juice for refreshing.
