Semolina can be used for making mainly for pasta, pizza bases. Also, it can be used to make cakes, puddings and bread. You can use it for making porridge with a little maple syrup, honey or coconut syrup for sweetening. Serve with your choice of yoghurt, fresh berries, nuts or seeds.
