Can be used either whole or chopped for baking cookies and muffins. Or use melted buttons to add into your dessert recipes or for coating or dipping. Try dipping dried fruit especially Australian Whole dried Banana in melted chocolate for a YUMMY treat.
If you are looking for the best way to melt the chocolate, use a bowl over a pot of softly boiling water, and moving the chocolate around. Just be mindful to keep the temperature of the chocolate below 40oC To avoid ‘splitting’.
