Some Tips to Use:
The Good news for these little ones is, there is no need to pre-soak and quick to prepare. But some people prefer to pre-soak in cold water for 1 hour. This removes the naturally occurring Lectin and Saponin found in many pulses, which can impede digestion. Drain and put beans in a pot of cold water and bring to the boil and cook it for about 30-40 minutes.
