Some Tips To Use:
Easy to use and fast cooking, you can use it in your favourite muesli or for making a delicious porridge. Wonderful to use in your raw and cooked recipes or in home-made grain-free muesli or granola mixes. To use in porridge just cook 1 cup flakes with 2 cups water for 3-5 minutes. Give it beautiful smell with adding cinnamon and a pinch of salt for seasoning. You can use maple syrup, coconut nectar or raw honey to sweeten it.
Just add flaked quinoa to your favourite soups in the last minutes of cooking to give it extra a wonderful taste and flavour.
