Some Tips To Use:
Red Kidney beans must be pre-soak in plenty of cold water for a minimum of 5 hours and subsequently heated to the boiling point for at least 10 minutes and rinse before cooking. This removes the naturally occurring Lectin found in many legumes which can impede digestion.
As a general note, DO NOT add salt while cooking any type of beans, as this can make their outer skins tough.
