Some Tips To Use:
Organic Quinoa can be eaten hot or cold as an alternative for rice or couscous. Mix 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water in a saucepan. This will yield 3 cups of cooked quinoa. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to a simmer and pop the lid on. Cook it between 10-20 minutes until the quinoa has absorbed all of the water and gets fluffy. Remove the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork.
